Griffon Baseball needs a new stadium

Many of the students at Missouri Western know nothing about the Griffon's baseball team; hopefully, in the near future, this won't be a problem.
As a part of Max Experience, a new sports complex has been proposed to be built on campus. With this will come a new baseball stadium on campus.
An on campus stadium would be huge for the baseball team. It wouldn't only help attendance, but it will also help in recruiting. With the new stadium, students will be able to walk to the games.
The team had a quality season last year by winning 28 games. It was hard for the Griffons to get a true following with off campus games.
There is no time frame for when the complex will be built. The approximate cost for the complex, which will include basketball courts, softball fields and tennis courts, will be between $10-12 million. The sooner it's built the better it is for the baseball team and the university.
